May I add items to my order after I have already submitted it?
It is my aim to provide great customer service to my customers; however, because payment is processed to your credit card for the total amount of the order placed, it is not possible to add items once you've submitted an order.

Why does my product seems to be a little different than the last time (firmer/softer/milder or stronger fragrance, color)?
Ori Naturals' products are handmade, and use a very high percentage of natural ingredients which can have slight variation from batch to batch or season to season. There may be minor fluctuations from batch to batch when making products by hand. Please be rest assured that the quality of the product is NOT compromised in any way.

If I don't have a credit or debit card, can I pay for my order using a personal check or money order?
I do not accept check or money orders at this time. However, I do accept PayPal which allows you to have payments debited directly from your bank account. After signing up for an account at paypal.com, you can link your bank account directly to your Paypal account. You can then use PayPal to make payments at Ori Naturals as well as many other online merchants accepting PayPal payments. 

My order is missing items or included additional items. What should I do to resolve this issue?
If there is an issue with your order, please let me know as soon as possible within three (5) days after delivery. Email me via the Contact form or directly at customerservice@orinaturals.com. Include your order number with a detailed explanation of the issue so that I can resolve the matter.

I have nut allergies. Does any of your products contain nuts?
Some of our products do include nut derivatives such as sweet almond oil and shea butter. You can read the ingredients for each of our products to determine if you want to purchase that specific product. It is always recommended to do a patch test on a small portion of your skin for compatibility prior to using any new product. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

I have entered an incorrect address, how can I update to the correct address?
If you entered your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide me with the correct address within 48 hours after the order has been placed. Alternatively, you can call me at 718-675-4266. No address changes can be made after the 48 hours. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the courier, directly, for assistance. 

My package status says delivered, but I haven't received it?
I certainly understand the frustration this can cause. However, I am only responsible for purchases until they reach the courier. I am not responsible for packages that show a status of delivered but can't be found. Please contact your local post office or courier regarding your package. Also, verify that the name and address provided with your order is correct.

My package is being returned to Ori Naturals. Can you reship it to me?Absolutely. First, verify that the correct address was provided when you placed the order. If the address provided is incorrect, you can provide the correct address via the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email.  A reshipping fee of at least $8 will be charged, depending on your location. 

Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, I only ship to locations within the United States (including Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico).

What is the shelf life of your products. What preservatives do you use?
Ori Naturals aims to be as natural as possible when it comes to the use of preservatives. The shelf life will vary based on the product and how it's prepared. Using your five senses will also tell you when an herbal preparation has gone bad.

  • Herbal Tea Infusions: It's best to consume tea infusions within 24 hours while its benefits are most potent.
  • Herbal DecoctionsIt's best to consume decoctions within 48 hours while its benefits are most potent.
  • Herbal Tinctures/Extracts: Alcohol based preparations of tinctures and extracts has a shelf life of 2 to 5 years depending on how it's stored.
  • Herbal Syrups: Depending of how it's prepared, syrups have a shelf life of about 3 months to a year.
  • Oil based products: All oil based products (body butters, soaps, oil blends) are preserved with Vitamin E and by a natural combination of long-shelf life natural oils. With proper storage they can have a shelf life of at least a year.
  • Water based products: In addition to the natural preservatives within the ingredients, the energy cleansing baths and sprays are preserved with grapefruit seed extract. With proper storage they can have a shelf life of at least six months to a year.
