Due to the nature of the products sold by Ori Naturals, we can not accept returns or exchanges. But if you're not 100% happy with your order, please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist with a satisfactory resolution. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Product(s) Damaged in Transit
I take pride in providing you with lovingly made high quality products. If your order arrives damaged, I will happily provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. However, you must email a photo of the damaged item(s) within three (3) days in order to receive the replacement. Send email to me via the Contact form or directly to customerservice@orinaturals.com.
