Shipment of Orders
It is my intention to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days to fill your order after being placed. You will receive a shipping notification along with the tracking details once your order ships.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which, once shipped, usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days please email me using the contact form or directly at customerservice@orinaturals.com. Include your order number with the email.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, I can not accept returns or exchanges. But if you're not 100% happy with your order, please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist with a satisfactory resolution. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Product(s) Damaged in Transit
I take pride in providing you with lovingly made high quality products. If your order arrives damaged, I will be happy provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. However, you must email a photo of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours in order to receive the replacement. Send email to me via the Contact form or directly to customerservice@orinaturals.com.
I have entered an incorrect address, how can I update to the correct address?
If you entered your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide me with the correct address within 24 hours after the order has been placed. No changes can be made after the 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the courier, directly, for assistance.
My package status says delivered, but I haven't received it?
I am responsible for purchases until they reach the courier. I am not responsible for packages that show a status of delivered. Please contact your local post office or courier of choice regarding your package. Also, verify that the name and address provided with your order is correct.
Note: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
My package is being returned to Ori Naturals. Can you reship it to me?
Absolutely. First, verify that the correct address was provided when you placed the order. If the address provided is incorrect, you can provide the correct address via the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. A reshipping fee of $8 plus will be charged, depending on your location.
